A huge congrats to everyone involved with the Everett Townhouse project which won a Gold Award, as well as Category Winner at the Regional House of the Year awards on August 5th. Each property is judged against a scorecard of 2000 points: 1300 Workmanship and 700 Design, Style and Functionality. To win gold means we scored over 1,800 points for the build.

A big thanks to John Hilton, his team and their families. This project required very early starts and the boys were home late due to the travel involved. We wouldn't be able to take on these out-of-town projects without you guys sacrificing time with your loved ones to get them across the line.
